Action Points

Description

Action points are the base usage points used for all abilities. Each character starts with 250 maximum action points, represented by a yellow bar underneath the player's portrait. The action point cost for most abilities ranges from 20 to 50 action points. A player cannot use an ability if they do not currently have enough action points for that ability.

Action points regenerate over time relatively quickly. The natural regeneration rate is always the same. There are potions available that can instantly restore action points when consumed. When the player ability flee is used, it immediately removes all action points and suppresses their regeneration until the effect of flee wears off.

The AP pool size is increased by 25 at renown ranks 65 and 75, resulting in a maximum potential AP pool size of 300.
