Chillwind

Chillwind is a Sorceress/Sorcerer ability. It is an instant cast DoT, with no cooldown, meaning that Dark Elf players are repeatingly casting it all around, doing massive damage. The downside is that while maintaining the curse on every in the vicinity, the global cooldown prevents the player from doing much else.
Chillwind deals 549 damage over 9 seconds in rank 40. It builds 5 Dark Magic, and has a chance to cause a Backlash
