Kadrin Valley: Perform a Specific Task to Learn About Dwarves.

Travel to approximately 34.400, 6.900, just outside the Order warcamp. You will find an item on the ground, "Hidden Scroll" among some rocks. Interacting with the object will complete the unlock, similar to the other Hidden Scrolls tasks, "What do We Have Here?".
